How much do tickets cost?

It depends on the show we choose: SELENE: · Children from 2 to 5 years old: €15 · Children from 6 to 12 years old: €17 · Adults and over 13 years old: €20 GAIA and KOSMOS: · Children from 2 to 12 years old: €17 · General (for adults between 13 and 64 years old): €22 · Senior (for over 65 years old): €21

Are there discounts for disability or teaching card holders?

No. Discounts are applied according to the age of the visitor.

Can I do just the outdoor part of the activity?

Yes, in all shows. But it should be noted that there is only a price reduction in the GAIA and KOSMOS shows. In fact, you can choose whether you want to do only the inside or outside part of the activity. Although it is not the recommended option as a general rule. In this case, the ticket costs €20 without age restrictions.

Can I get a discount code?

We do not have discount codes.

Only gift vouchers exist. The indicated box is to validate the code of a gift card for those people who have one.

How do I decide which show to choose?

It depends on each case.

As a general rule, we recommend SELENE for families with children under 8 years old.

GAIA is a show for adults, but if families with children over 8 years old come, it would also be recommended.

KOSMOS is also a show for adults. In this case, the complexity of the vocabulary and concepts means that we can recommend it from 12 years old.

What is the best time?

There is no better time than another. In fact, all are good. The sessions are organized so that all groups have a closed night when they do the observation even if it is still daytime inside.

What is the best time of year to see the stars?

There is no better time of year than another. Each time of year is different, with its own objects and events that make it special.

To choose the day, it is advisable to look at the lunar phase:

If we want to see the moon: in the waxing moon
If we want to see the darkness of the sky: in the new moon or waning moon

We can find out what lunar phase we are in with a lunar calendar.

What happens if it's cloudy or raining?

We always go ahead with the shows regardless of the weather forecast. In case of bad weather, clouds or rain, we offer the possibility of coming another day to recover the exterior part that could not be done or if it was only partially done.

How do I purchase tickets?

We choose the day we want to come from the dates available in our calendari taking into account which show we are interested in.
We add the number and type of ticket we need to the basket by clicking on “Buy tickets”.
Check that everything is correct in the basket and click on “Next step”
Enter the personal data requested in “Billing details” and click on “Place order” after accepting the purchase conditions.
In the next step you must enter your bank card details.
If everything has worked correctly, you will receive the order by email instantly.
In case you do not receive any email, check your spam folder, and review your bank payments in case something has not worked correctly so that you can return to proceed with the purchase.

What do I do if I have a gift card code?

We choose the day we want to come from the dates available in our calendar taking into account which show we are interested in and if we have a dinner with stars we must look at the specific calendar.
We add the number and type of ticket we need to the basket by clicking on “Buy tickets”.
Check that everything is correct in the basket and click on “Next step”
Enter the gift voucher code in the box indicated to do so. Check that it has been applied correctly.
Enter the personal data requested in “Billing details” and click on “Place order” after accepting the purchase conditions.
If everything has worked correctly, the amount to be paid should be zero euros and the order has been sent to the indicated email.
If the amount to be paid is higher than the gift voucher, you will need to enter the bank card details.
If everything has worked correctly, you will receive the order by email instantly.
If you do not receive any email, check your spam folder and if there are none, contact us.

How do I validate a Fent País gift voucher?

You must send a photo of the checks by email or WhatsApp along with a contact email, a reference name for the reservation, a telephone number and the day you want to come (you must choose the day from the days available in the calendari).

What should I bring?

Warm clothes are essential no matter what the time of year. If you have them, but it is not essential, you can bring a flashlight or headlamp with a red light since the last 200m until reaching the Observation Point are not lit.

Can we bring sandwiches?

Most sessions are split-time, meaning that between the indoor and outdoor sessions we have some free time to go for a snack or dinner (depending on the session).

You can go and eat something at one of the bar-restaurants in the town, you can go to your apartment (if applicable) and you can bring sandwiches to eat at one of the picnic areas in the town (such as at Abellera or the pond). Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Visitor Center.

Can we bring a dog?

Animals are not allowed in the Visitor Center, that is, in the interior of the session.

You can bring your dog to the exterior of the session as long as it is on a leash (for your own safety and the safety of the group).

How do we get to Prades?

How to get there by private car?
From Barcelona you can get there by taking the A-2 motorway towards Vilafranca del Penedès, continue to Montblanc and there change to the N-240 road to Espluga de Francolí. In Vimbodí take the detour to the TV-7004 towards Vilanova de Prades.

Coming from Girona there are two options: the AP-7/AP-2 towards El Vendrell and La Bisbal del Penedès to Espluga de Francolí; or take the C-25 road to Tàrrega and from there the C-14 to Espluga.

If you come from Lleida, you must drive along the AP-2 to Albi, where you take the LP-7013 towards Vilanova de Prades.
